System Analysis, Project Management, Solution Architecture, System Design, Product Development & Management, Software Development, Business Analysis, Software Quality Assurance & Testing, Software Implementation etc. are his focused working areas.

Currently, He is working as Vice President for Software & Technology department for Computer Network Systems (CNS) Limited.

Zahid Hasan is an Agile Practitioner of several frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, DAD, Scrumban etc. Currently he is exploring more scaling agile frameworks which includes SAFe, Nexus and Scrum@Scale.

Zahid has helped teams at various organizations of Bangladesh in implementing agile ways of working with sustainable changes. He is an active agile community member around the globe, who has helped in growing various agile communities.

Zahid is engaged with organizing agile related workshop, events and conferences in Bangladesh like Regional Scrum Gathering, Asia Agile Forum Conference, Agile Bangladesh Monthly Meetup, Agile Conference etc.
